We make every effort to ensure that you will love your personalized box, from a multi-step quality and condition inspection of each item to thoughtful styling of the pieces included. We do this not only to help our business run smoothly, but because it best enables us to achieve our mission of reducing textile waste in landfills.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can find the appropriate solution for you. 

While we do not accept returns, you can exchange your order for the same or another box selection. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
