Shipping policy

Order processing

We make every effort to process all new orders within 2 business days.

Shipping

Carousel ships within the contiguous U.S. (all states except Alaska and Hawaii, for now!)

We offer partially discounted rates on shipping for all orders. These are the rates shown at checkout, based on what you have bought and where the order is being shipped.

Currently free shipping is offered for new customers with orders of $40+. This code is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying customers. It cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to change.
