What do you mean that the styles are "universally appealing"?

Great question! Some examples of items not included in bundles are: shirts with wording that may not apply to every family, prints with clashing neon colors, or unidentifiable characters.

Items that may be very appealing to some families but not to others, for example a football romper or Mickey sweatshirt, will be sold individually.

Items in very good condition that do not meet our style profile are donated to charities that provide clothing to families in need.

 

What brands will I find in my bundle?

While many children's second hand resale shops focus on high ticket options, we take a more hi-low approach (because every day brands deserve to be re-loved too!) The majority of items are tried-and-true brands like Carter's, Old Navy and Cat & Jack. But many bundles also have an item or too from a premium brand like Gap, Janie & Jack, Hanna Andersson, Rabbit + Bear, etc.

 

What condition are the items in?

We do not sell anything we wouldn't put our own children in, and we're picky about that!

Most bundle items are in "very good" condition. This means that they have clearly been washed and worn, but have no obvious signs of wear.

Some children's items (less so for baby items) are in "good" condition. This means items that have a bit more wear, fading or pilling, i.e. worn and washed a few more times, or have a small, minimally visible stain.

Also, some items are brand new, with tags!

 

What styles will I get in my bundle based on my season selection?

Spring / Summer bundles will include a mix of long and short sleeved tops with shorts and pants. 

Fall / Winter bundles will include all pants and long sleeves with a greater emphasis on warmer layers.

 

What styles will I get in my bundle based on my gender selection?

Please note: we do not make children's clothing! We bundle styles that we thrift or receive as donations, most of which have pronounced gender cues.

Girl bundles will include items with identifiable girly colors and details, like pink, purple, bows and ruffles. 

Boy bundles may include patterns like trucks and dinosaurs and typically have a color profile that includes blues, greens, oranges.

Neutral styles may have more neutral colors like sage green, tan, yellow and gray and can feature prints like stripes, animals, fruits, etc.

 

Can I personalize my bundle?

Yes! For regular bundles (non minis), just make a note at checkout of any style preferences. 

 

 

 

What are you doing to be sustainable?

Everything we can think of, and we're absolutely open to any suggestions.

Our packaging, including branded stickers, is 100% recyclable.

We are partners with 1% For The Planet.

All items are washed in plant-based detergent and, for the moment and for as long as we can sustain it, they are line dried.

 

Do you offer credit for outgrown clothing?

Yes! Our whole mission is to be as circular as possible. We're still working out the details, but for now we will offer $10 off your next bundle for any full bags of gently used clothing donated. Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. If you have an issue with your bundle, please reach out to us so that we can find the right solution.
