what items can I trade?
Carousel accepts baby and children's clothing up to size 8.
Items should be ready for reuse, i.e. clean and in good condition, free of stains, rips, tears or other major wear.
how does scheduling work?
We'll reach out by email to coordinate a day and time that works.
Pickups are during business hours.
do I have to be home?
No. If you have a doorman or secure location to leave your pickup, just let us know the details.
how does the credit work?
We'll process your trade within one week of pickup. You'll receive an email with the amount of credit ready for you to use!
No credit will be issued for credits with a high volume of excessively worn items due to the costs of transportation and textile recycling.
are there other ways to trade?
Yes! You can drop off your items with one of our Relove Hub partners.

what happens to my trade?
Maximizing reuse is our reason for being. We do this through capsules and pop-ups.
We also contribute to swaps and are working on upcycling projects.
