We take great care to pack in value to every capsule!

Surprise boxes are styled by us from our current new-to-you inventory. Every box has 3-4+ looks that also usually have a mix-and-match component. These offer the most value.

Custom boxes are fulfilled to order based on this quiz, where you can request specific aesthetics, categories, etc. You also now have the option to indicate a preference for natural fibers like cotton.

If you live in and around New York City, capsules typically arrive within two days!

Other orders take a little longer to ship based on where you live.

We would love to offer this!

But we just pass on the clothes that have already been made, and those largely do have more overt gender cues.

To ensure a great customer experience we are focusing on those categories at this time.

Except for baby capsules, which do have a neutral option!

If a garment has a double size listed, for example 6 - 12 months or 4T / 5T, we'll typically include it in a bundle of the smaller size.

Non-U.S. brands are typically included with the next size down. For example, a 3T style from a French brand would be included in a 2T box.

If an item's size label seems very off from it's actual sizing, we'll include it with items that are physically the same size.

We do recommend sizing up if you have any concerns—bonus that it's the more sustainable way to go too!

We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If there is an item in your order that does not work based on size or condition, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

If you are unsatisfied with your bundle, you can exchange it for a new one or for merchandise credit. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
